A journey through flavor.
Nomad Bun was born from a love of generous food, bold spices, and the warmth of sharing a meal. Inspired by the flavors of the Sahara and the ancient routes once travelled by nomadic cultures, we built a concept where tradition meets modern street food: slow-cooked meats, aromatic spices, fresh ingredients — and the comforting softness of batbout, Morocco's flatbread.
Every bun tells a story of movement and encounters, from desert camps to the busy streets of Marrakech. Real flavors, generous portions, dishes made to be shared — more than a sandwich, a journey, shaped for today's nomads.

Your questions about Nomad Bun's batbout.
What is a batbout?
Batbout is a traditional Moroccan flatbread cooked on a griddle rather than in an oven. It puffs up as it cooks, so it can be split open and filled like a pita. At Nomad Bun, it is filled to order with recipes such as chermoula chicken, chicken shawarma, kefta bsmen or cheese steak.
